From USFWS National Wildlife Refuge System:
How many wood duck can fit on one rock? These young ducks seem to believe this is the single best place at St. Croix Wetland Management District, WI. The District crosses eight counties in west central Wisconsin. Established in 1992, it provides wetland and grassland habitat for breeding waterfowl. It also offers great fishing and terrific places to see wildlife. The Oak Ridge Waterfowl Production Area is a wonderful place to see fall migrating waterfowl. So plan ahead: http://1.usa.gov/Vsgwdr
