Pancake Ice Seen At Necedah National Wildlife Refuge

From Necedah National Wildlife Refuge:

Have you ever seen pancake ice? It forms when waves bump forming ice and slush together. The waves splashing over the top create the rough edge. It can also be formed when waves breaking ice sheets apart.
