This Timber Rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus) was spotted a few days ago on Billy's Island by Refuge Manager, Michael Lusk. Notice the "buzzing" tail. Pretty neat photograph - of course it was taken from a safe distance!

This Timber Rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus) was spotted a few days ago on Billy's Island by Refuge Manager, Michael Lusk. Notice the "buzzing" tail. Pretty neat photograph - of course it was taken from a safe distance!
