Trafficking Turtles

A recent undercover operation nabbed a man trafficking turtles. He tried to purchase imperiled wood turtles that were captured in violation of state law. This undercover USFWS operation, with Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, led to his arrest. http://1.usa.gov/1NsRD78
