Snapping Turtle
From Great River and Clarence Cannon National Wildlife Refuges:
This Snapping Turtle was spotted this week on the refuge. Anywhere there is permanent water, you may find these turtles. They grow to approximately 8-14 inches and can weigh 10-35 pounds.
