As reported by a Swiss newspaper, about 100 miles south of Seoul there is a stretch of multi-lane highway with a "Veloweg" in the middle.  People can ride their bicycles on the Veloweg.  Moreover, there are solar panels above the Veloweg to generate solar power and to protect the cyclists from sun and rain.
