Black-necked Stilts

From the Great River and Clarence Cannon National Wildlife Refuges:




Yesterday four Black-necked Stilts were seen in MSU 7, which is the nothernmost unit at Clarence Cannon NWR. They wade in shallow waters to capture their meals of aquatic invertebrates and fish.
