EPA and Delaware State University to Sign
MOU
Fostering Environmental Leadership, Stewardship
WHAT: EPA Regional Administrator Shawn M.
Garvin and Delaware State University President Dr. Harry L. Williams will sign a
memorandum of understanding pledging their commitment to enhancing environmental
learning and stewardship at DSU and in the surrounding community. The MOU will
formally establish an EPA-founded program called LEAP -- Linking Environmental
and Academic Programs -- at the university.
