Today is National Public Lands Day and National Hunting and Fishing Day! What do these things have to do with each other? Hunters are some of the original modern conservationists in America - if it weren't for funds from the Federal Duck Stamp and excise taxes on hunting and fishing licenses and gear, we wouldn't have all of these protected places to enjoy. Find yourself in nature today!
