Bald eaglets can be quite an armful!
Five bald eaglets were banded yesterday at Clinton Lake in Kansas. Each year, the eaglets are banded before they fledge from the nests. The bands will allow the eagles to be tracked by physical sightings throughout their lives for research and informational purposes.
