COLUMBIA, S.C. -
Duke Energy will excavate a portion of coal ash at the W.S. Lee Steam Station in Belton, S.C., while it continues engineering work on the rest of the site.
The announcement was made today in a briefing before the Public Service Commission of South Carolina (PSCSC).
