(New York, N.Y. - May 18, 2012) On Tuesday, May 22 at 10:30 am, the U.S.
Environmental Protection
Agency Regional Administrator Judith A. Enck, Congressman Paul Tonko and
Mayor of Troy, N.Y., Lou Rosamilia will begin a tour of two federal Superfund
sites at the Hudson River PCBs Superfund
site. They will mark the seasonal start of dredging of the Hudson
River cleanup that began this month and follow that stop with a
visit to the Mercury Refining Superfund site in the town of Colonie. The
dignitaries will also discuss the progress of waterfront and redevelopment plans
in the city of Troy. One of sites on the Superfund tour will utilize innovative
technology.

at Hudson River site, followed by a tour of Superfund sites with EPA Regional
Administrator, member of Congress, local officials and subject matter experts.
