White-tailed Jackrabbit (Lepus townsendii)

From U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service:

White-tailed jackrabbits can cover up to ~10 ft in a single leap. Their impressive leap, along with their ability to run at speeds of 40 mph helps them evade the end of a weekend, uh, ahem, we mean predators.
