Deadly White-nose Syndrome (WNS)

#USGS scientists have confirmed the presence of white-nose syndrome (WNS) in #Nebraska for the first time, making it the 30th state confirmed to have this deadly bat disease: http://bit.ly/2nwQjtU.

#WNS has killed more than six million #bats since 2006 and continues to spread. Although WNS is not known to pose a threat to humans, pets, or livestock, it is devastating to valuable bat populations. Learn more athttps://on.doi.gov/2mUntVZ.
