Black and Yellow Garden Spiders

From U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Midwest Region:

Black and yellow garden spiders build circular webs that can be as large as 2 feet. Once prey gets stuck, they inject it with venom and wrap it up for later consumption. Their venom is harmless to humans.
