Pygmy Owl

From USFWS National Wildlife Refuge System:

Some mighty hunters come in small packages. The Northern pygmy owl, less than seven inches from head to tail, is adept at catching songbirds. This one was spotted at Oregon Coast National Wildlife Refuges (https://www.fws.gov/refuge/Oregon_Islands/about/about_the_complex.html).
