Tri-colored Bat
From U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Midwest Region:
Tri-colored bats, sometimes called eastern pipistrelles, may not look multi-colored, but each hair is black, yellow and brown. They're among the smallest bats in the eastern U.S.!
