The title of the Scottish song translates to "times gone by" and calls on us not to forget old friends. The National Wildlife Refuge System appreciates the 40,000-plus people who volunteer on behalf of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the thousands more who give their time and hearts to some 200 refuge Friends organizations across the country.
